Airtight System - Central Wheel Tubeless System
Adapt your wire spoked wheels to accept tubeless tyres using our revolutionary "Airtight" Tubeless system. Ideal for Supermoto and Adventure bike wheels, also custom bike applications.
The CWC "Airtight" system can be fitted onto any spoked wheel rim that has a safety hump allowing use of tubeless tyres.
Each wheel is custom fit with the "Airtight" band which is then vulcanised to form an airtight seal around every spoke nipple, creating an airtight environment suitable for fitment of a tubeless tyre.
The system can be fitted onto Supermoto Rim sizes, 21" x 2.15, and 18" x 4.25 for Adventure Models. ATS can be fitted to any rim with a drop centre.
When sending us your Wheels for the Tubeless System fit, please ensure that you include a copy of your invoice inside the parcel. This helps us quickly identify and process your order, ensuring a smooth and efficient instalation.
You can either ship the items to us yourself, or select the ‘Send Me a Shipping Label’. If you choose the label option, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it out, attach it to your parcel, and then drop it off at your local post office.
If you're sending the items yourself, please ensure you use a tracked and signed-for service to protect your shipment and ensure it reaches us safely.

Our Tubeless Conversion Service typically takes up to 3 weeks for installation, depending on the current queue of orders. We work to complete each conversion with precision, ensuring the highest quality.
