When sending us your rim, spokes, and hubs for the wheel build, please ensure that you include a copy of your invoice inside the parcel. This helps us quickly identify and process your order, ensuring a smooth and efficient wheel build.

You can either ship the items to us yourself, or select the ‘Send Me a Shipping Label’. If you choose the label option, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it out, attach it to your parcel, and then drop it off at your local post office.

If you're sending the items yourself, please ensure you use a tracked and signed-for service to protect your shipment and ensure it reaches us safely.

Please note that we are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during transit to us. We strongly recommend using a tracked and signed-for shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of your rim, spokes, and hubs. This will provide proof of shipment and help protect your parts during their journey.

Please note that our wheel build service can take up to 3 weeks to complete, depending on the current queue of orders. We work diligently to build each wheel to the highest standard, and processing times may vary based on demand.
